Suganeeya has various experiences in working with corporate companies such as United Parcel service and Tenaga Nasional Berhad and other private sectors as a secretary for 8 years.

In January 2004 she changed her career to Education sector. She is working with Olympia College since then, started with lecturing and now coordinating for Business School.

Besides education, she has expand her skills and expertise in training secretarial, administration, soft skills, grooming and deportment, event management, public speaking, presentation and communication.
