‘WARRIOR HIGH ENERGY DANCE’
A fun session filled with laughter way of grouping participants into different groups where they have to co-ordinate, co-operate & communicate to find their ‘home & friends.

2. WARRIOR’S RITUAL – DEEP BREATHING
Simple but extremely effective exercise combined with deep breathing for chasing all pains/aches or negativity away.

A deep breathing for health & wellness session will be conducted by our NLP, Stress Mgmt & master trainer that helps set the day for the participants.

3. TEAM FORMATION – MY CLAN, MY TRIBE – Forming, Norming & Storming, Performing

5. TEAM WARRIORS CHALLENGE – MOTIVATION, BONDING & SPIRIT

To be able to accept and accommodate peers with lesser competency into the team and create a culture of enhancing each others strength.

(If the resort has no outbound teambuilding facilities we will generate our own teambuilding activities. The games & activities devised will depend on the fitness level & positions of the participants & whether the training is to be “tough” or “manageable”)

6. TEAM WARRIOR’S OUTDOOR ADVENTURE – A PLETORA OF TEAM GAMES THAT GUARANTEE TEAMBONDING, LAUGHTER, COOPERATION & COMMUNICATION. Please Select.

  • WARRIOR CHALLENGE 1: PASS THE LIFE SAVER

Team members will have to pass as many ‘life savers’ as possible, with their mouth to the other end, in view of helping the needy. Throughout the process, if the ‘life savers’ drop, they will have to start again.

  • WARRIOR CHALLENGE 2: POWER OF 3 

Participants will have to transport a ‘fragile’ package in group of threes, with their torso, to their customers and make sure it is not damaged.

  • WARRIOR CHALLENGE 3: CROSSING ACID RIVER

Each team has to cross from one end of the field to the other as a team without stepping outside the ‘designated safe spot’. The challenge is, how can you transport all your team members across safely. If they fall out of the ‘safe spot,’ they have to start all over again. The winning team crosses the finishing line first.

  • WARRIOR CHALLENGE 4: THE TRUST WALK

The team members are lined up in a single file. Each member, blind folded in turns, walk to retrieve an very ‘important document’ that fell off the ‘sea’. The player will have to depend on the instructions given by the team mates. The team that delivers the most, within a stipulated time, will be the winner.

End the outdoor challenge with ‘Slam-Down-Tug-Of-War’. Guaranteed a popular and knock out laughter session for all ages of participants.

An Outdoor/Indoor Experiential Training Program that is fresh, novel, challenging, stimulating & fun to bring out learning points. About 40% Outdoor & 60% indoor activities. They will reflect on the experiences to realize the learning that they subsequently transfer for work application.
